New Cardabilites Challenge is up

Today i made a quick card for the Cardabilites challenge this month.  I used
one of the brand new dies from Spellbinders that was just released called
Royal Circle and i added lots of flowers and foliage to do the sketch.

For my card i used a new Framed canvas folder that i adore from
Fun Stampers Journey and then layered papers on the back and 2 flags
to make the base. Then i cut/embossed the smaller circle in the set and added
the flowers, foliage and twine on the left side.  The stamp is from Stampendous
and i used dark brown ink for it and then cut the paper in a flag shape.

I really love this one and love the textures on it.  Thanks for
stopping over and be sure and check out all the new dies here....

RRR Gift Packaging Challenge

Today we have a really fun challenge for you on the RRR Blog!!  Our team
is sharing lots of ideas with all of you for fun ways to kick up your goodie boxes
this holiday season and wow was it ever fun.  Lots and lots of ribbon is the key
and then add fun things that you have in your stash or that you pick up!

My gift boxes I did have a snowflake theme.  I found these wooden
snowflake ornaments at a craft store and for one i glittered it up with lots
of silver glitter i had in my stash to match the gorgeous ribbons and then the
other i used plain wood and added some red gingham and white swiss dotted ribbon.

Here is a closeup of the ribbons on the box.  I used silver ribbon from
the Glitz Christmas Assortment set and then mixed in a little metallic string
in silver and some white swiss dot ribbon too. The bells i found and they
matched perfect too.  Since i made the band a slider i can
easily slide it off and fill it with lots of goodies to give for my special friend.

And here is just another quick idea since it's really still fall.  You can make a
quick box and add some fun papers that you embossed then then fill it up
with goodies and tie it with yummy ribbons, leaves and acorns you find
in your yard.  It make a simple gift really stunning and i am sure the person
who receives it will feel very special.  The ribbon i used is the Sheer with a
satin center and it comes in lots of colors and ties up beautifully.

Thanks for stopping over and don't forget to join our challenge so
we can be inspired by you too :)

It's time for our RRR Blog Hop today

It's time for our November blog hop on RRR today and we have
lots of gorgeous things to share with all of you.  For today's hop it's
anything goes so i decided to share a really cute Christmas banner
with all of you that i did to decorate for this years holiday.

So if you started at the beginning of the hop you
should have arrived here from Heather's blog

For my banner i used papers from Teresa Collins and the tag set
that she made to go with it.  The believe comes in the set and all
i had to do was create the banner pieces for each of the letters.
I used green, red, grey and white and added doilies that i
purchased and then lots of ribbon to tie at the top and string through it.
I even added tiny gold bells on the ribbons to make it jingle!!
I am not sure where i am going to put it but i like the way it came out.

Now it's time to hop to our next designer on the list
who is the amazing and talented Jenn.....

Thank you so much for stopping over... Teresa

RRR Winter Challenge is up today

We have a really fun winter challenge up on the RRR blog today and all of
our Design Team really made some amazing things to share with all of you.

And for me-- well I went with my favorite snowflake die from Spellbinders
and added lots of other embossed things to give it lots of dimension.

I just used white card stock and added 2 shades of blue to make
the design pop more and then added my favorite seam binding ribbon
in a pretty bow on the side to finish it off.  Oh and i had to add lots
of crystals to make it glisten too.  That is my favorite part!

Thanks for stopping over and don't forget to join in our challenge
for a chance to win some of these gorgeous ribbons...

Hugs and Smiles...Teresa
