A tisket, A tasket my favorite easter basket

This week is a really fun week for all the Amazing Paper Grace Design Team because we all get to design cute Easter Baskets to share with you.  Each of us used the new Grand Dome Dies and added our own twist to it and it's been so fun and we have lots of ideas for you.  My easter basket is super simple to make so that you can make up a heap of them for your family and friends.  And if you want to add extra flowers and ribbons than there is lots of space for it... just have fun!!

To create my basket I used 2 shades of pink heavy weight card stock to cut the fronts and sides and then i measured all of it and created a really basic box for the bottom to glue the whole thing to.  It all took me about 20 minutes to do.  And now that you have the idea you can cut all the pieces at once and do a fun assembly line for everyone coming to your party this year.

With the Grand Dome die set you have a huge center cut out so to change it on mine i added a piece from the Filigree Veil die set and also the center cut in pink to fill it in a little bit more.  The two dies made a really pretty decorative front for my basket and helps to keep all the grass and goodies inside of it too.  And last but not least--- i had to add this adorable bow in light pink to finish it off.  Super simple and so easy to make.

And just for an adhesive tip, double sided tape works the best to glue the fronts, sides and bottom together.  You don't have to wait for it to dry and you have them ready in minutes.

Thank you so much for stopping by and be sure and check back for more fun ideas!!
